James founded Infinite Partners in September 2021 after returning to London from Palma de Mallorca where he had been living with his family.
James is passionate about creating and delivering spaces which bring people together from a diverse range of backgrounds and provide opportunities for growth.
James has 20 years’ experience in urban planning and development in London. James has delivered and managed projects across a broad range of sectors including hotel, co living, student housing, residential, office and cultural spaces. James has worked alongside experienced developers including Stanhope, Land Securities, Helical, Berkeley Group, Canary Wharf Group, Blackstone, The Serpentine Gallery and The Collective helping them to design developments, secure planning permissions and deliver some of the most innovative and impactful projects in London.
James is a member of the leadership team behind Mare Street Market in London Fields, a first of its kind cultural destination in east London which has formed a model and template for similar projects across London. James was also a member of the leadership team at Make Shift which delivered and operated ground breaking projects in London such as Pop Brixton and Peckham Levels in joint venture partnership with Local Authorities.
James is a proud father of five children.
